These terms govern our Meta Ads management services, retainer agreements, and technical setups. By engaging Extension World, you agree to these structured operational guidelines and asset management policies.
Service Terms
Please review the core operational boundaries, billing structures, and asset ownership rules that govern our professional partnership and Meta advertising campaigns.
Direct Billing
All media budgets and advertising spend are billed directly to your corporate credit card by Meta Platforms, Inc. Our agency fees cover professional campaign architecture, daily optimization, and CAPI tracking management only.
Meta Compliance
All campaigns must strictly comply with Meta's Advertising Standards. While we implement rigorous compliance checks, the client remains ultimately responsible for business verification status and any policy liabilities associated with their industry.
Agreement Cancellation
Either party may terminate the active management retainer by providing thirty days written notice. Upon termination, all administrative access to client Meta assets will be promptly revoked and transferred back.
